Liu Sheng(柳晟) was Emperor Suzong(肅宗)'s wife's nephew. His mother was Princess Hezheng(和政公主). Favored by Emperor Daizong(代宗), he studied and played with the crown prince who would later become Emperor Dezong(德宗). When Zhu Ci(朱泚) rebelled against the Tang Dynasty, he was captured and imprisoned by Zhu Ci. However, he managed to escape from the prison. In the later reign of Emperor Dezong(德宗), he was impeached by Yuan Zhen(元稹) but pardoned by the emperor. | 유성(柳晟) |
