Chen Guan(陳瓘, 1057~1124) was an official of the Song Dynasty. Born in Sha District(沙縣), Nanjian Prefecture(南劍州), he earned the jinshi (進士) degree in 1079. During the reign of Emperor Huizong(徽宗), he was banished from the capital for his impeachment of Zhang Dun(章惇) and Cai Bian(蔡卞).
