Cao Bin 曹彬 조빈
(차오빈)
Cao Bin(曹彬, 931-999) was a general of the Later Zhou(後周) and Northern Song Dynasties. After Later Zhou was overthrown by the Song Dynasty, Cao Bin participated in the Song's conquests of Later Shu(後蜀) and Southern Tang(南唐). After further battles against the Northern Han(北漢) and Liao Dynasty(遼), he was given control of the entire Song Dynasty army. His granddaughter was Empress Cao(曹皇后), married to Emperor Renzong(仁宗). 조빈(曹彬)

(차오찬)
(d. 190 BCE). The second chancellor 丞相 of the Western Han dynasty succeeding Xiao He 蕭何. One of the most important meritorious retainers at the founding of the Western Han dynasty. 조(Cao 曹)
Cao Cheng 曹成 조성
(차오청)
A native of Liaodong 遼東. He came to Ganggye 江界 and sold cotton and silk cloth. He argued that he was a son of a military commander 指揮, but he did not have any proof. The Joseon court sent him back to Liaodong in 1405. 성(成), 조성(曹成)

Cao Jixiang 曺吉祥 조길상
(차오지샹)
A native of Lanzhou 灤州 and one time subordinate of Wang Zhen 王振. During the Jingtai 景泰 period, he took charge of military camps in Beijing. He colluded with Shi Heng 石亨 to instigate a mutiny and enthrone Emperor Zhengtong 正統. He became the Director of the Directorate of Ceremonial 司禮太監 and supervised three great military camps. He held sway over the court for a time, but when his plot to foment rebellion was discovered, he was put to death. 길상(吉祥), 조길상(曺吉祥)

Cao Mo 曺沫 조말
(차오모)
A general of the state of Lu 魯 during the Spring and Autumn period. After Cao Mo was defeated by the Qi army three times, Duke Zhuang of Lu 魯莊公 yielded the fortified town 邑 of Sui 遂 to the state of Qi 齊 to make peace. However, Cao Mo succeeded in restoring the region by threatening the Duke Huan of Qi 齊桓公 with a dagger in a meeting.
Cao Pi 曹丕 조비
(차오피)
(187 –226). A son of Cao Cao and the first Emperor of Cao Wei 曹魏 during the Three Kingdoms period. Cao Pi was also known as the leading poet at that time. In 220 he forced Emperor Xian(獻帝), the last ruler of the Eastern Han, to abdicate and proclaimed himself Emperor of Cao Wei. While continuing his father's war against the rival states of Shu Han 蜀漢 and Eastern Wu 東吳, Cao Pi concentrated most of his efforts upon his home country. He was posthumously honored as Emperor Wen 文皇帝 with the temple name of Shizu 世祖. 위문제(Wei Wendi 魏文帝), 문(Wen 文), 문제(Wendi 文帝), 자환(Zihuan 子桓)
