Zhu Mu 朱穆 주목

[Secretary in attendance on the imperial counsellor 侍御史 during the reign of Emperor Huan of Han 漢桓帝. ]
Zhu Neng 朱能 주능
(주넝)
(1370-1406). A native of Fengyang 鳳陽. He was intelligent and upright. He followed Emperor Yongle 永樂 duing the civil war and made a number of military contributions. In the early years of the Yongle period, he was entitled Duke of the State of Cheng 成國公. In 1406, he pacified Vietnam, but when he arrived at Longzhou, he suddenly died. He was posthumously entitled Prince Dongping 東平王. 성국공(成國公)
Zhu Panshi 朱盤烒 주반식
(주판스)
(d. 1437). A grandson of Zhu Yuanzhang 朱元章. He was the heir of Zhu Quan 朱權, the 17th son of Zhu Yuanzhang. 반식(盤烒)
Zhu Quanzhong 朱全忠 주전충
(주췬안중)
Zhu Quanzhong(朱全忠)(852-912) was the founding emperor of the Later Liang(後粱) during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms Period(五代十國時代). In the late Tang period, he originally served as general under the rebel Huang Chao(黃巢). Later, however, he surrendered to Tang. He was appointed military governor of Xuanwu(宣武節度使) and became a prominent warlord. In 907, he destroyed the Tang Dynasty and established the Later Liang. In 912, he was murdered by his son. 주전충(朱全忠)
Zhu San 朱三 주삼
(주싼)
Also known as Prince Zhu San 朱三太子. His real name was Zhu Cihuan 朱慈煥, the fifth son of Emperor Chongzhen 崇禎, the last emperor of Ming. After Ming collapsed when he was at 11, he hid his identity and lived as a commoner. According to Draft History of Qing 清史稿, he was captured in Shandong 山東 in 1708. At that time, he was already 75 years old. The Emperor Kangxi 康熙 executed him and all of his sons and grandsons. 주삼(朱三)

A Ming brigade general 遊擊 who was active in Liaodong 遼東 during 1620s. 주상원(朱尙元)
Zhu Shuzhen 朱淑眞 주숙진
(주수전)
Zhu Shuzhen(朱淑眞) was a female poet and painter of the later period of the Northern Song Dynasty. After her divorce, she returned home to lead a lonely life. She was noted for paintings of plum blossoms and bamboos and poems of sadness and resentment. 주숙진(朱淑眞)
Zhu Song 朱松 주송
(주쑹)
Zhu Song(朱松, 1097~1143) was an official of the Southern Song Dynasty. Hailing from Hui Prefecture(徽州), he studied under Luo Congyan(羅從彦). He was the father of Zhu Xi(朱熹). 송(松), 주송(朱松), 교년(喬年), 위재(韋齋), 헌정(獻靖)

A company commander 千總 who came to Joseon during the Imjin War (aka Hideyoshi's Invasion). 주문채(朱文彩)
Zhu Xin 朱信 주신
(주신)
A Ming eunuch. He sailed for Japan in 1404 with imperial messages. But he drifted to Jeolla 全羅 Province. The Joseon court guided him and his colleagues in the right direction to Japan. 주신(朱信)
