(156-197 CE). Regional commissioner 牧 of Yangzhou 揚州 during the late Eastern Han period.
Liu Ye 劉曄 유엽
(리우예)
(d. 234). A politician during the Eastern Han 東漢 and Cao Wei 曹魏 dynasties. A native of Huinan Commandery 淮南郡. At first he served Sun Quan 孫權, but later served Cao Cao 曹操. In the reign of Emperor Ming 明帝, he advised the emperor to adopt a hard line policy toward the Eastern Wu 東吳. 엽(Ye 曄)

Liu Ying 劉英 유영 1
(류잉)
(d. 71 CE). A son of Emperor Guangwu of Later Han, and a half-brother of Emperor Ming, the successor of Emperor Guangwu. He received Chu as his hereditary fiefdom in 42 CE. He was most well known for his sponsorship of Buddhism. In 70 CE, he was accused of plotting against the throne and exiled to Danyang, in the lower Yangtze valley. Liu Yong 劉墉 유용
(리우용)
Liu Yong(1719~1804) was from Zhucheng, Shandong. He earned the jinshi degree in the 16th year (1751) of the Qianlong era, and he served as Grand Secretary in the Grand Secretariat, Minister of the Ministry of Personnel, and Grand Secretary of the Tiren Palace. A eunuch. In 1609, he came to Korea along with Xionghua 熊化 as Imperial envoy to enthrone King Gwanghae. He had a hot temper and was very greedy. He asked the Joseon Court to pay five thousand silver taels and four hundred jin of ginsheng before he would open the imperial edict. He visited Korea again in 1621 by sea.
