Bai Juyi 白居易 백거이
(바이쥐이)
Bai Juyi(白居易, 772-846) built a successful career as both an official and a poet. He was also fascinated with Zen Buddhism(禪宗). His poetry was beautiful and easy to understand, so it was popular among the people in his own age. His poems were often considered social and political criticisms. 백거이(白居易), 락천(樂天)
