Liu Zhi(劉摯, 1030~1098) was an official of the Song Dynasty. After he earned the jinshi(進士) degree in 1059, he was appointed Magistrate of Nanggong District(南宮縣令). Wang Anshi(王安石), who rated him highly, promoted him, but he criticized the reform policies which were promoted by Wang. He was raised to the position of Vice Director of the Palace Library(秘書少監) and acted as the leader of the Shaanxi faction (Shuodang 朔黨) in the reign of Emperor Zhezong(哲宗). | 유지(劉摯), 신로(莘老) |

Liu Zhi(陸贄, 754-805) was an official, writer, and medical scientist of the Tang Dynasty, who served Emperor Dezong(德宗) as chancellor. He was born in Jiaxing(嘉興) of Su Prefecture(蘇州). He became a trusted advisor to Emperor Dezong.
