The leader of the Nine Liu 九黎 who fought against the Yellow Emperor 黃帝 in the epic battle of Zhoulu 涿鹿 in Chinese mythology. He had been worshipped as the god of war in early times. 치왕(Chi Wang 蚩王)

Chong Shidao 種師道 충사도

Chong Shidao(種師道, 1051~1126) was a renowned military general of the Southern Song Dynasty. He hailed from Luyang(洛陽) and was a descendant of Chong Shiheng(種世衡), a military strategist of the Northern Song Dynasty. He was posthumously honored as Zhongxian(忠憲). 충(種), 건중(建中), 이숙(彝叔)

Chong Shiheng(種世衡, 985~1045) was an official, military strategist, and calligrapher of the Northern Song Dynasty. In the reign of Emperor Renzong(仁宗), he earned a good reputation for defeating Western Xia(西夏) troops. 충세형(種世衡)

Chongde Huanghou(1613~1688) was the second daughter of the Lord of Keerqin section of Mongol, Zhaisang. She was the empress of Emperor Taizong, a niece of Empress Xiaoduanwen, and the mother of Emperor Shunzhi. She is generally regarded as a wise empress who raised the Emperors Shunzhi and Kangxi well and helped their governance. 효장황후(孝莊皇后)

Chou Shiliang 仇士良 구사량
(처우스량)
Chou Shiliang(仇士良, 781-843) was a politically powerful eunuch of the Tang Dynasty(唐). During the reign of Emperor Wenzong(文宗), he was appointed Commissioner of the Left Shence Army(左神策軍護軍中尉). In 835, Emperor Wenzong made an attempt to remove eunuchs; however, he and other eunuchs successfully organized a preemptive attack, killing many people including two princes, one royal concubine and four chancellors. It was the so-called the "Coup d'état of Ganlu"(甘露之變). After the incident, the court was controlled by eunuchs. 구(仇), 구사량(仇士良), 사량(士良), 광미(匡美)

Chu Huai Wang 楚懷王 초회왕
(추화이왕)
(d. 296 BCE; r. 328-299 BCE). King Huai of Chu. A ruler of the state of Chu 楚 in the Warring States period. He was held hostage by King Zhao of Qin 秦昭王 and died in captivity. 회왕(Huai Wang 懷王)
